We are so excited that you will be joining us for our big day!

Hotel

A room block has been created for our guests at the local Hampton Inn in Warrenton, VA. The reservation is open to any of our guests, local or traveling. To book online or over the phone please use the group code “RRW”.

The reservation is for both Saturday October 22nd and Sunday October 23rd. Discounted rates are $159 + tax for Saturday and $139 + tax for Sunday night. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 12pm; early check in is not available. Reservations for the room block need to be made no later than September 22nd.

Travel

Flights - If your travel plans include flying in we suggest you fly in to Dulles International Airport in Dulles, VA or Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC. Dulles International is closer to the hotel and venue.

Transportation - A shuttle bus will be available from the hotel to the Estate and back at the end of the evening. This shuttle will be first come first served.

Uber and Lyft rideshare services are available to the wedding location, however these services may be limited due to the rural location of our wedding. Please plan accordingly if you plan on enjoying our open bar.

We want everyone to get home safe at the end of our special day!

Wedding Parking

Great Marsh Estate has plenty of parking space available at the Stables. There will be golf cart transportation available if you do not wish to, or are unable to make the short walk from the Stables to the EstateHouse.

If you require handicap parking closer to the Estate House where the ceremony will be held, there is a small parking lot available at the house. This lot has limited spaces and should be used only for our loved ones who are unable to make the short walk from the Stables to the Estate House.
